Jacob “Jake” Bunker serves as Senior Construction Manager at Alban Construction in NYC. He comes to Alban with over 18 years of industry expertise, overseeing a family-owned residential construction company, inherited from his grandfather and uncle. Before joining Alban, Jake specialized in building estate homes and additions along the Jersey Shore.
For Jake, the best part of his job, besides working and learning alongside Tammy Smith, is the opportunity to collaborate with people, bringing their visions to life through construction projects. Jake is a hands on manager, able to step in at any level, from labor to board presentation. His previous experience in high end residential construction enables him to truly see the impact of lobby and hallway renovation in multifamily units.
Jake enjoys the individuality of each project he handles. No two buildings in New York are ever the same, and they all bring challenges and rewards. In his spare time, Jake enjoys fishing and hunting and spending time with family and friends.
