Prior to joining The Alban Group, Erin served as Manager of Market Operations – Capital Markets at JLL, where she provided strategic and operational support to the Philadelphia Capital Markets team. In this role, she specialized in debt, equity, and investment sales transactions, leveraging her analytical expertise and communication skills to develop financial models and marketing materials for a diverse portfolio of real estate deals.
Erin’s ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and investors has been instrumental in delivering exceptional value in high-stakes transactions. Her leadership in market operations has positioned her as a key contributor to the growth and success of real estate teams and their clients. A graduate of Penn State University with a bachelor”s degree in real estate, Erin is passionate about optimizing operational efficiency and driving strategic growth in the real estate industry. At The Alban Group, she will oversee key operational functions, enhance process efficiencies, and support the firm’s continued expansion in commercial real estate.
