Pick up materials and deliver them to job sites across NYC and Northern NJ
Relay instructions from property managers to field construction teams on daily work expectations
Understand and relay instructions from project manager to subcontractors and monitor daily progress;
Carry out specific instructions from property managers pertaining to project specifics
Track and monitor staff work hours on an app-based timeclock. Advise project manager of any tardiness in overseeing and manage construction projects from start to finish
Monitor project progress and advise PM to make adjustments as necessary to ensure deadlines are met
Communicate regularly with PM and others, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that arise
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure quality control
Experience:
Basic knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Familiarity with construction equipment
